Change of mail & cell no. online in st-1

Sir, we are to change in ST-1 filled earlier which is rejected on the view that the mail id is of Consultant please suggest me the procedure how change on line as we could not found any change option

if they has resend it, then using the same login id, go for the option of amend sent back st 1
if they have rejected it, file a new with new login id
use the id of organisation or owner only
if they have rejected it, file a new with new login id
use the id of organisation or owner only
