A PARTNERSHIP FIRM NAMELY XYZ RUNNING FROM
LAST COUPLE OF YEARS. FROM 1-4-2010 PARTNER WISH TO CHANGE FIRM NAME ABC. IF WE CHANGE THIS THEN SHOULD FIRM APPLIED FOR NEW PAN ON NAME OF ABC OR OTHER ALTERNATIVE.

PAN will remain same, but since name has been changed, you will b issued a new card with the new name and same PAN No.
