07 May 2017 I want to change my biological fathers name to adopted fathers name in pan card. What's the procedure?

07 May 2017 You have to apply for change or correction in PAN by giving acceptable proof of ur father's name.

07 May 2017 It depends on whose name is given in ur other documents submitted with Form.

07 May 2017 If ur adopted father name is on ur documents then u can add their name too.
