We have filed Form 1A for name availability with the DIN of two directors, now one director wants to retire and add his wife as director whether there is any need for NOC or any other procedure for filing incorporation forms - 1,18 & 32

thank you sir,but the company is not registered yet with ROC , my doubt is whether we can add a new director in the place any of other two directors whose DIN is mentioned in Form 1A and want to know whether there is any need for No Objection certificate or any other procedure from the other Director who doesn't want his name to be mentioned MOA & AOA & while submitting Incorporation Forms.
