As per your previous query you are going to appoint new auditor through EGM.
I think u r talking about form 23B as mentioned in section 224. After appointment in the EGM you have to appoint auditor about the appointment within 7 days of EGM.
Auditor is required to file form 23B with ROC within 30 days of intimation from company.
Revert if there is any doubt.

Sir there are no consequences as such.
We may file the same later. For the purpose of form 23AC we may use Z99999999.
For the violation of section 224 penalty u/s 629A shall be applicable. But chances are very rare.
