change of auditor

22 September 2010 Board of directors of co. decided to appoint new auditor in their meeing held on 5 aug and for this purpose decided to hod an EGM on 30 Aug. So I would like to ask what should be the date of Signing Auditors Report and Balance sheet and P &L by Auditor. Can it be between. 5th to 30 aug or after 30 Aug.

22 September 2010 Obviously date of signing should be after August 30 after appointment by shareholders in the EGM.
