24 April 2008 23B IS NOTICE BY AN AUDITOR TO ROC INTIMATING ABOUT HIS APPNTMNT AS AUDITOR BY A COMPANY AND WHETHER HE ACCEPTED OR REFUSED THE APPNTMNT.
ALL AUDITORS OF PUBLIC/PVT.LTD.HAVE TO COMPLY WITH THIS UNDER SEC 224(1-A) OF COS. ACT.
THE COMPANY HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH FILING OF FORM 23 B.
