08 May 2014 I am in end of second year of my articleship.

I am from Rajasthan, and doing articleship in Gurgaon. But now I want to shift and go back home. Is there any way I can shift except industrial training.

08 May 2014 Principle will agree since he knows that my family needs me now but I am worried about ICAI which says that you can change after one year

08 May 2014 If bot of u agrees in the same matter then ICAI will not oppose in that matter.

08 May 2014 Okay, but then we need to take prior permission of ICAI, so all i need to do is get a letter signed from my Principle and make an application to ICAI in this regard.

Thats it..?

08 May 2014 Yes u have to fill up the termination form the details r mentioned in the form. Do as per the guidance given in the letter.
