can we change the whole article of association with a new set of article of association.

Yes u can adopt a new set of Articles of Association of the Company by obtaining the consent of the members by way of a Special Resolution in tne General Meeting of the Company in accordance with the provisions of section 31 of the Companies Act, 1956.
