How should we update the "change of residential address" in our incometax database/pan database.

19 April 2010 FIRST OF ALL YOU WILL HAVE TO FILE FORM 49A FOR CHANGES/CORRECTION IN PAN DATA. THEN AFTER RECEIVING THE PAN WRITE A LETTER TO YOUR ASSESSING OFFICER REQUESTING TO INCORPORATE CHANGE IN YOUR ADDRESS ALONG WITH ADDRESS CHANGE PROOF AND COPY OF YOUR PAN LETTER.
