Change of address in journals and other documents

05 February 2016 Can anyone please help me regarding 'how to change address in ca newsletters, journals and other important documents.

We have shifted to a new house and all my journals and documents are going to my old house.

I tried asking regional office here in Hyderabad and they are asking me to send a letter to head office and chennai office.

Iam confused about the format of the letter and where to send it exactly

And also is there any online procedure to change it ?

Anyone please help me
