One of my client has shifted his office because he wants do renovation in his current office, this office is shifted for near about 1 year.now he wants to change the address in Income Tax, Service tax dept and ROC.What is the procedure for change of address in these department??Whether partnership deed is to be modified or only notice will serve the purpose? if partnership deed is to be modified then please provide me the format for the same.

Partnership Deed generally has a clause for address following the clause " or at such place or places, as the partners decide".

In such a case Deed is not required to be changed. You have to submit the necessary proof of new address and have to apply by submitting the prescribed forms.
