15 January 2011 Respected Sir,
We have aquired a pvt.ltd. co.
after the aquisition we haved changed the the company's registered office address with roc by filing Form no. 18, and roc has updated the same with new adress . Now we have to change the same address with Income Tax and other Regulating authority .

Becuase my TDS Return with new address is not accepted by NSDL due to change in address .

Please help us.

15 January 2011 You need to fill the PAN & TAN correction form and submitted to NSDL,after correction they send intimation.

But there is no link change of address & TDS return because in TDS return there is separate field mentioning " Any address change from previous return" that field you can fill as "yes" then the TDS return will be accepted
