09 August 2013 u need to intimate to your jurisdictional divisional general superintendent in charge to notify and save your new address in service tax dept records.

09 August 2013 you have to file amended ST-1 along relevant hard copy of electricity bill, rent agreement etc.

Log on to Service Tax Site

Click REG tab and click AMEND REGISTRATION and fill the details, submit online

take print and submit to Jurisdictional Officer along with hard copy of above mentioned paper
