01 May 2011 Sir,
1.what is the procedure add in object clause of memorandium of Association of private limited company
2.and can we directly add clause to main object clause of the company which is not in other object clause or first we insert new clause in other object and then transfer in main object.
pls guide me sir

02 May 2011 U can add a new object directly by altering the MOA in EGM then file form 23 within 30 days of passing Ordinary/Special resolution as provided in the AOA.
