Change name on certificate

how can i change my name on ca certificates. i have already sent them attested copies of ol documents twice.. but institute is not responding to it.

u need to meet the icai officials in this regard personal to resolve this

on which certificate do you wish to change name? please note that ICAI only corrects error in name on certificate if there is a mismatch from the name as on the registration letter.
For change of name, no new certificate is issued.
