If a Pvt.Ltd.company gets converted into Public Ltd.Company , than what would be its name to be presented in Annual report at the time of AGM?? Is there any section specifying such provision??

If you got the ROC approval of new Name before AGM then you can use new name in AGM and there after. The new COI will issued by ROC in this respect.
