Change in firm name and addition of patners doubt

30 June 2013 There is a change in firm name... and other patners are being added also...and so the constitution of firm changes from proprietory to patnership firm... is it possible to do this simultaneously... and from when will the experience of firm be calculted... please reply...

and counted as new business.

when you represent you firm then its intimate that one partner who have......years experience in prop. firm name..........
