Change in director of a pvt ltd company

A Pvt LTD company has been incorporated 2 months back and they have not started the business yet. Now one of the director's in MOA wants to appoint another individual in his place. Further the new individual doesn't have a din. What is the procedure and forms to be filed for such change.

DIN has to take by e-filing DIR-3 form.
DIR-12 has to be e-filed for the new individual
DIR-11 has to be e-filed by the retiring Director (optional)
DIR-12 has to be e-filed by company for the retirement of the said Director.
The above filing has to be done in seriatim.
