Procedure for making change of our client company name in Registrar of Companies
11 November 2008
1) Board resolution adopting new name.
2) E-form 1A for availability of new name.
3) Special resolution for the change of
name should be passed in general
meeting.
4) E-form 1B along with minutes of general
meeting should be filed.
5) E-form 23 along with explanatory
statement u/s 173(2) and altered MOA
and AOA should be filed within 30 days
from the date of passing of special
resolution.
6) Fresh certificate of registration
should be obtained.
