Change in auditor & director report

18 September 2012 Is any change in auditors, Directors reports of a Pvt. Ltd. Co. from the F.Y. 2011-12 after revised Schedule VI. If yes pl. give the draft copy of both reports.
Secondly, is it mandatory to file form 23B every year even the auditor is same.

I agreed with expert. Form-23B is required to be mandatory file with ROC for the appointment of statutory auditor from the financial year 2011-12.

18 September 2012 Thanks for your advise. I think more wherther Form 23B is mandatory from F.Y.2011-12. If I want to file annual filing of before 2011-12, then no need to file form 23B. I have filed Form 23B in 2007-08 and I am continued auditor. Pl. clerify.

Yes, their is no need to mandatory file Form-23B before the financial year 2011-12. So for the financial year 2007-08 no need to file Form-23B
