I HAD APPLIED FORM 1A FOR CHANGE OF NAME, AND I GOT CONFIRMATION OF SUCH, NOW WHAT STEP I NEED TO FOLLOW, AND CAN ANYONE PLEASE SEND ME SAMPLE RESOLUTION AND NOTICE REQUIRED IN SUCH ESPECT.
