We are change our office,

I want change my company service tax and tan no. address.

Please tell me the process.

24 June 2009 1) For address change in TAN file 'form for change or correction in TAN data'. The form is available in https://www.tin-nsdl.com/files/crf.pdf

2) For address change in service tax file ST-1 in triplicate along with original ST-2 and proof for new address. The form is available in www.servicetax.gov.in

24 June 2009 If you have change the company name ,you must have received the copy of the certificate of incorporation issued by the ROC with new name.

You have to send Certified true copy of the same to (Assessing Officer) of local VAT dept and Service Tax Dept with Certified true copy of MOA & AO . requesting the assessing officer to take the note of the change in the name of your company and arrange to incorporate new name of your company in their records. You should also indicate our registration no. in the covering letter.
