Wanted to know whats the GST on manlift or boomlift hiring i m askin you this question cos few hirers are charging 18 pc saying reliance has accepted their invoices of 28 pc and all that crap Can u enlighten me with the tax slab

If it can be covered under mobile lifting frames or works trucks fitted with a crane, it is 18% and if it fall under other works trucks fitted with lifting or handling equipment it will be 28%

So what sac code i m falling into ... are there any diff codes for both of them....we are such providing services supply of tangible goods
