CFA along with C.A.

I am a C.A. - PCC and M.com Student. I have taken a permission by given form no 112 for M.com external course.

(1) My Question is can I join C.F.A. (Chartered Financial Analysis) Course along with C.A.?

(2) ICAI rules allow me to join C.F.A.?

(3) Should I have to take a permission from Institute, if i want to start C.F.A.?


Please reply me as soon as possible along with any amendments or any written copy by ICAI.

02 January 2010 The BAN on pursuing CFA by CA students as well as Ca's is removed by the High court order,
So techinicaly a CA student can pursue CFA

02 January 2010 you should go for CFA(USA), but form 112 should be file.
