Whether after comopleting CFA USA, degree of CA will become redundant? To be very honest, so much efforts are involved in completing CA.

No it will not become useless. Every professional qualification has its own value. Just by adding one more degree the value of previous cannot be denied.
Like in India the qualification of CA shall remain precious. So there is no need to worry.
