Please clarify that whether Practicing CA can sign the projected Financial Statments. Is there any restruction from ICAI to sign the projection.

No you can not sign the project report.
But you can sgn How the projection were calculated.
you can not sign on the accuracy of projection but you can make a report on underlying assumptions to prepare a report are viable.
