I am residing at Mumbai. Can i obtain copy of Certificate of Incorporation of a company registered in Kolkata by post / courier.

Certificate of Incorporation is sent at the registered office of the company. But if it is a newly formed company, then you can get the copy of COI from the website of MCA, by paying the requisite fee.
