Please give me clarity on the below

On which basis the certificate number in part A of Form 16 will be generated.

For example "FOIDBEH" is the certificate number, on which basis the letters will be allotted.

But As per my knowledge

1st letter is common to all

2nd letter is the 1st letter of the month name in which the TDS return was submitted

7th letter is common to all

and i want to know about the remaining letters
