Dear sir thsi is vijendrs kuamr verma . my query is that can we taken cenvate at service tax charges by bank for issuing cheque books . please tell me any respected sir or madem

Condition for claiming CCR of Service Tax is that the expenses relating to it should have been used for the purpose of BUSINESS.
Hence apparantely you can take CCR mentioned in your case.
But first make sure whether it is service Tax or Service Charges charged by bank it is not clear from your ques
