No. Cenvat can not utilized for Service Tax Libility.

CENVAT CREDIT IS UTILISED ONLY IF U HAVE PAID THE SERVICE TAX.

Service Tax libility will paid by cash/bank then you can use this cenvate credit to set off excise libility.

No. No. No. Excise cenvat credit can not utilize for Service tax libility.
