Dear sir / ma,am ,
while auditing the excise records of a paper manufacturing company , it comes to my notice that the company is taking cenvat on some raw materials , not on all the raw materials. why so? Basically in colors & chemicals.

you can take cenvat all the items which is use in manufacturing process. otherwise there is no cenvat.
