R/Sir,
We are taking service Tax from our Customers on our sale Bill of Pizza. And We are purchasing packing Material with Excise Duty in Bills. Can We take Cenvat of Excise Duty for Service Tax payment?

I think you are charging service tax on service charges i.e. delivery or other charges not on whole Pizza Bill Value and if this is the case you are not allowed to take credit of excise paid.
