Cenvat eligibilty on Lamp fittings

We have purchased lamps for the factory. Can we avail cenvat credit on excise duty paid on these lamps?
please help.

09 July 2011 No Cenvat Credit is not allowed in that situation because Cenvat credit is allowed only when goods and service is used in processing of mfg.
