Cenvat detail in 3cd for dealer

while preparing tax audit report for excisable dealer/importer, we have to shown their cenvat detail (RG-23D) detail in 3cd form.

but now in revised 3cd for their is no coloum for vat detail, further since dealer passed all the cenvat to other dealer/manufacture still we had to shown all cenvat detail received and passed during the year.
