Dear all,
we have warehouse on rent, they are charging service tax to us. Can we avail cenvat credit of it??

You can if you satisfies the following conditions:
1. Leasing of warehousing is a part of your main business
2. you are having a Service tax number, and you are registered in the said category

is that any case law or any rule u have?? we are registered in renting service.we store our material in our rented warehouse...
