ABC Ltd. a event management co. gives advance in cash to its event manager.He later provides supportings of event expenses paid by him and the advance is reversed.
The name shown in these bills is ABC Ltd.
These bills include Service Tax component.

Can ABC Ltd. avail CENVAT credit on such bills?

You can for extra precaution ask your event manager/s to take cash receipts from the payee companies in favour of ABC alongwith Bills
