23 August 2013 My Query is about the applicablity of Cenvat Credit for Hotel industry===also if applicable, what all things would qualify for Cenvat Credit===Also whether Inputs , Input Services & Capital Goods qualify for Cenvat Credit

Kindly provide a solution to this matter asap

23 August 2013 It is advisable to you to read cenvat credit rules,2004 for more knowledge on the subject matter.
