Dear Sir,
I want to know that in real estate industry can we avail cenvat credit on Security services.
I want to know that in real estate industry can we avail cenvat credit on Security services.

Yes You can avail cenvat credit but you can not utilise/adjust against service tax liability on particular services. For E.g. GTA, Import of service from out side india.
