whether cenvat credit benefit will be avaibalble on pur. of oil , petrol & disel.

The section 2(K) of Cenvat Credit rules 2004 excludes light speed diesel,high speed diesel,petrol,motor spirit etc. from the definition of inputs goods for credit.
