Our company purchases steel pipes. From those pipes, we get scaffolding manufactured from another company. Scaffolding is given out on hire to our clients. It is erected & dismantled by our labour at client's site. Are we eligible for CENVAT credit on those pipes? Can we use CANVAT credit on those pipes against service tax on labour charges for erection & dismantling of scaffolding?
