07 July 2008 Mr. A has opted for Works Contract Composition Scheme and opted to pay 4% tax. He has issued the bill to Mr.X for Rs.104 (100 + 4 rs. service tax).

Can MR. X claim cenvat credit for this service tax charged @4%.
