whether credit can be availed of automobile cess imported.

IF you are using it in mfg for FG which is chargeable to excise.
Then you can take credit on it.

we are a cement manufacturing co., production yet to start, and have imported automobiles on which automobile cess is levied. Now can we take credit of such cess.
