Whether cenvat credit of balance 50% on capital goods will be available under gst?In same year?

Section 140 (2) allows assesse to carry forward the balance 50% of the credit which was not shown in the return filed by him.

Section 140 (2) of CGST allows assesse to carry forward the balance 50% of the credit on capital goods which was not shown in the return filed by him under central excise or service tax
