Will there be some mechanism of availing credit w. R. T to CST & ENTRY TAX on stock as on the date of GST rollout?

Yes credit will be allowed on the Goods lying in stock on the day when GST becomes applicable
12 December 2016
All the tax components which has exhumed due to GST, those taxes can be claimed as credit due to GST.
