IF I HAVE PAID EXCISE DUTY OF RS 400 AND VAT ON THE SAME GOODS OF RS 1000.
PAYMENT OF SERVICE TAX IS 45000
CAN I CLAIM CENVAT CREDIT FOR BOTH EXCISE DUTY AS WELL AS VAT..?

No. Only CENVAT credit of Excise duty can be claimed for payment of service tax. VAT cannot be adjusted for the same.
