30 March 2009 Purchsed Raw material without excise duty as the supplier turnover does not exceed Rs.1.5 corores.But later the supplier has registerd with dept. and paid the ED for all the invoices. Now the supplier ask us to pay the ED by providing supplementary invoices (only ED amount).

Kinldy clarify whether we can take the cenvat creidt on the basis of supplementry invocies.
