I have enough amount of cenvat credit on my inputs,i am not required to pay by cash. Do i need to prepare PLA, if yes, How?

No in such a case you are not required to pay duty from PLA and maintain the same

Actually in previous we missed to take credit of some input invoices,When I knew this, I calculated cenvat on them which amounted approx. 60 lacs,Plz guide me how can I take credit on them and show in 57AE Return and RG 23 A.

Normally, there is no time limit to avail CENVAT credit but, it will not be justified to reply without going through full fact of the case
