24 July 2013 there are two units one is research & development & other is manufacturing unit.
R&D unit is registered as ISD & it transfer the cenvat of R&D to manufacturing unit. is it correct? also tell me whether it was beneficial to take ISD registration?

24 July 2013 Only you can take the cenvat credit on inputs or input services, which is related to manufacturing process.

R&D can transfer the credit if there is separate bill for R&D & mnufacturing unit???

25 July 2013 Yes, you can transfer if both are co-related.

08 August 2013 but r&d is transfering credit of 2009 & that mfg unit was not established
