18 June 2013 Can CENVAT CREDIT be taken for Service tax paid for the construction of FActory Building where the product which is getting manufactured is excisable.

19 June 2013 In my opinion cenvat credit can be taken...in you case with a below explanation

1)any service which is having closure connection with manufacture of excisable good is input service

2)More over it is input service as per
Rule 2(i) inclusive part of input service
